description: "NSW Health found unauthorized access on Oct 29 to a single isolated server running its Oral Health Fee For Service Scheme website, a voucher scheme for subsidised dental care from outside providers. Cyber Security NSW declared it a major incident. Officials say no patient data was affected and no clinical services are at risk. NSW Police say a 'significant amount' of personal identification information about the third-party providers (mainly dentists), about 4GB, was taken, that the suspects are outside Australia, and that someone has posted a claim of responsibility online. No ransom demand had been received."
