### Accenture, Dragos and SANS launch $10M Community Cyber Resilience Foundation for small US utilities

Accenture, Dragos and the SANS Institute launched the **Community Cyber Resilience Foundation**, committing about **$10 million** so eligible US water, wastewater, electric and natural-gas utilities with under **$100M** annual revenue (said to be ~97% of utilities) can get free Dragos OT cybersecurity tooling, Accenture deployment/support, and SANS ICS/OT training. Phase one covers up to **500** utilities; Elastic will help with technical scaling. No federal/state government involvement. Aimed at under-resourced operators after repeated water-utility intrusions and ongoing nation-state warnings.
