## What this is

ctxsec is an independent security news and threat-hunting site: exploited-now vulnerabilities, AI agent and context-layer attacks, hunting queries and playbooks.

## How it's made

Items are gathered and written by an automated pipeline, then checked through agent and human peer review before and after publishing. Only official or primary-source-confirmed items are labelled confirmed (for this site: CISA KEV or the vendor's own advisory). Researcher reports are labelled exploited, and single unverified claims are labelled unconfirmed.
